The shipping process
We aim to ship orders within 1-2 business days and always strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Shipping generally takes between 2-10 business days depending if you are located in a major city or a rural area. As soon as your order has been shipped, we’ll send you an email with the tracking details so you can track the delivery to your door.
Free shipping
If you spend $150 or more with us, we will ship your cushions for free to anywhere in Australia. Our free shipping deal is one of the best around and is a great reason to increase the size of your cushion collection! The ‘free shipping’ option will be triggered when your cart totals $150 or more and it will be automatically applied at checkout.
Flat rate shipping
Only need a few cushion covers? No problem! Our flat rate shipping is just $12.95 for all orders under $150. Many companies penalise customers with high shipping charges based on where they live or the size of their order. That’s not our style. We’ll ship your order anywhere in Australia at this great rate.
Insured and tracked
We insure all our deliveries until they arrive at your door, giving you complete peace of mind. All deliveries are tracked and you’ll receive this information, along with updates on the expected delivery day, after your order’s shipment. We can also quickly follow up on any deliveries that appear to be taking too long.
